Romanesco Broccoli not looking Romanesque

Hi All,

I recently bought some Romanesco Broccoli seeds from the Diggers Club. I've been really excited waiting for them to grow. They have started to head but don't look like what I expect they would. In fact, they look remarkebly similar to normal broccoli.

Has anyone had any experience growing these? Have I done something wrong?
