Mark you can buy a bottle of concentrated liquid organic seaweed feed from the garden centres, it will be next to the tomato food. I give the courgettes, squashes, beans, lettuce, peppers and also my passionflower a feed with it.

Well that 200g on ebay says it does:

Quote:
100 litres of feed. The powder can also be dusted onto your new carrot plants to help keep carrot fly at bay!

PET FRIENDLY

Approved by SOPA and verified by SAC, our seaweed plant feeds are proven to contain the best nutrients that mother nature provides, guaranteeing that you are feeding your plants the ultimate diet to help you achieve your best garden ever!

Brimming with Anit-Scorch, Anit-Frost and Anti-Attack properties our feeds give you peace of mind to know that your plants are protected from all the elements!
So suppose 100 litres is when its mixed with water, and just water plant as normal - if I did it once a week would last me donkeys I would imagine....lol

Sounds like good stuff, maybe worth the price, this stuff may last longer as you dilute yourself, but Im no expert. I did call into my local B&Q but couldnt see it, but I could of overlooked as I was rudely met with the blue rinse brigade that seems to of forgotten there manners when it comes to public viewing/browsing....tut tut

I'll check it out on e-bay later!!! As for the blue rinse brigade - just start scratching yourself and talk about head lice and they soon run!!! Or start coughing and mention the words 'swine flu'

This is the seaweed feed that I use - Vitax Organic Liquid Seaweed. The 500ml bottle makes 100 litres and costs £4.64. A bit cheaper than eBay!

Vitax seaweed feed is cheaper in Wilkos than anywhere else I've found it. I always use it mixed in with tom food and also with general purpose feed. It's amazing how it can pick up sick plants and is a wonder tonic all round.
Great pic, Mark. My mini Q is at about the same stage. My family roll their eyes when I proudly announce I have tiny baby Qs!!
