Question Is this a Wild Strawberry?

Hello Everyone

I was doing some general gardening today and in one of my raised bed, covered with leaf litter and just escaping from bind weed I found this...

It was half out of the soil so I dug it up and it was in like a natural pot - it looked like a nest to be honest. At first I thought it was a weed, but then I thought it looked like a wild strawberry - or even a just a regular strawberry.

Any suggestions?!

It looks to me like a strawberry as well. Have your neighbours got any strawberries?

It looks like a regular strawb to me too. 3 part leaf, pale, matt underside and furry stem. Is it possible that someone ate some strawbs ther last year and threw away a bad or squishy one, because if the seed is chilled (ie. winter or two weeks in the fridge) it will happily grow. I'm not sure whether it will be any good though. Keep us posted.
