bell pepper question

Hi all,
I was doing a bit of work in the glasshouse yesterday,everything growing nicely. I was wondering about my peppers, do I need to do anything with them. They seem to be growing extremley well, one is a grafted plant and has around 20 fruit started and lots of flowers, is this too much? The other plants are slower to flower, do they need to be pruned like a tomato plant? At what size can they be harvested? Any tips would be great. Cheers.
