Default Tomato trusses forming growing shoots?

Hi there from a new member...
Will leap straight in with a question! I am growing Amish Paste tomatoes (cordon variety) in the greenhouse - they are a giant plum variety and are hugely vigorous (taking over small greenhouse). I am pinching out the side shoots as taught by my dad... but I have noticed that growing shoots are also developing from the end of trusses of tomatoes. Do I need to pinch these out too? I am guessing yes, but I've not had this happen before and don't want to do something wrong. Sadly dad's not around any more to ask...

I cut these side shoots off - they are just pretending to be needed and they are not!
