Default Rhubarb

Is everybody eating rhubarb? We have loads coming through. I serious wonder why we planted 5 roots 2 years ago

Might start putting some in the freezer soon.

How many stems do you get off five crowns? I have 10 plants nearly ready for the ground lol

Around 3 or 4 so that the plant can recover.

when i first took over my garden there were maybe 10-15 seriously well established rhubarb plants and baby ones everywhere. i was sick of the site of the stuff after a few weeks...there's only so much you can eat.

i've down sized to 2 mature plants which is plenty for 3-4 people.
