Default Gree Tomatoes

I have bucket loads of green tomatos that i have removed from the plants as they were rapidly getting blight. Any ideas apart from green tomato chutney or green tomato marmalade?

I recently made up a batch of green tomato sauce, tastes really nice;

1.5 kilos green tomatoes
0.5 kilo onions
1 clove Garlic
1 Capsicum
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbs dry mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cups apple cidar vinegar
A few tbs brown sugar

Cut everything up fine and put it in the saucepan and simmer it for about 1\2 an hour, when cool just put the mixture in your preserving jars. The sauce goes really well on any type of meat or vegetable dish
