Default Carrot Whisky

Just wondered if anyone here has tried the same brew?
A good friend of mine roped me into persuading his father to part with a bottle years ago, we sat in his caravan and passed the bottle round until at least half was gone. I recall it being sharp and quite bitter, the burn afterward being worse than the initial gulp.
I dread to think how it came about, tbh, but as a homebrew, it was quite a force to be reckoned with. Any other experiences of this tipple out there?

Hi, there are some recipes for carrot wine and carrot whisky at The Carrot Museum (a great site!).

Carrot Craft - soap, wine, knit, crochet

Here is one for parsnip wine:-

Sorry but I'd rather have my carrots as part of a meal instead of a drink.

In our local shopping centre there was a stall where one of these health drinks was being given out as people walked pass.

One of the ingredients was carrots and was supposedly one of the five a day.

I myself thought it was gross.

Needless to say whilst watching my partner told me everyone he saw whom tried it had a green look on their face.
