The exact quantities were not given to me whilst in Croatia, so you will have to work it out for yourself.
1 The quantity of Vodka was 1 litre 40 % Alcohol content
2 Sterilised glass jar, with a tight-fitting lid.
3 Enough blueberries to fill 1/2 to 2/3 of the jar.
Rinse the blueberries carefully. (they use wild blueberries, as the flavour is stronger)
Leave them to dry on paper towel, out of direct sunlight.
(You can use frozen and they can go straight into the jar with the Vodka.)
Put the blueberries into the jar and fill up with Vodka.
Leave to sit for at least 3 months in a dark place at room temp 18-20c or 64-68 F
Shake lightly and taste from time to time ( that shouldn't be hard to do)
Strain and filter into a clean bottle or jar with tight fitting lid.
You can serve it straight away , after it has settled for a few days, or you store, (age) it for 4-6 months or even longer in a dark place at room temp.
Serve it at room temp, (and if for some unknown reason why)

you don't drink it all at once, store in between, in a dark place, tightly closed. Happy Tppling.
