Hi, we have just started up a website to enable gardeners to swap seeds, home grown fruit and veg, plants, jams and juices. I'm a rather inexperienced but very enthusiastic gardener and have found myself with more rhubarb than I can face eating but have had loads of other crops decimated by slugs, bugs or birds. So I thought we could try swapping! For the time being this is a non profit making site so I hope no one minds me mentioning it here. Please let me know what you think.

We seem to have had the same idea, I have just launched harvest from home with similar aims to yours. We all end up growing too much as the number of roadside vendors will testify.

Hia Roo_Lane, I'm in Walkergate :waves: Like you, I'm hoping for a crop of something! My first year at all this and so far the only thing that we've eaten is the lettuce . . . But there is a truss on the tomatoes now, and some flowers on the courgettes so fingers crossed.

Growington is also doing something similar! It's a big map and you can see where people are going food near you. It makes it easy to swap!
