Hi Leannec,
I have some chilli seeds you are welcome to
However, its a little late to start germination of these seeds for this season, unless you plan on "over wintering" some plants, if not, you would be better off waiting til next season, but you can have them now.

Lidl is a good choice to go find cheap seeds

Also most supermarkets have lots of cheap seeds. Around 59 pence most are in my local supermarket.
