Beetroot Leaves

Here I go again about beetroot leaves. If you like spinach you will like these - cooked in the same way you cook your spinach. I steamed mine yesterday (just the leaves) and served them up with roast chicken etc. DELICIOUS!!!!

People are should eats vegetables. So health is good. Especially Beetroot is vitamin vegetable also. So I like Beetroot.

I'll just bump this up as people will no doubt be thinning out their beets soon and wanting something to do with those beet leaves - they are delicious - we grow beet more for the leaves than the beet itself now, and we prefer it to spinach - a drizzle of butter and some freshly ground pepper - yummmmm
