National Chocolate Week
It's National Chocolate Week (but who needs an excuse to eat chocolate?) and here is a really nice home baking site with loads of chocolate recipes.

Wow, for a fan of chocolate I can't believe I didn't know it was national chocolate week back then! On the other hand I probably did eat chocolate that day!
 At home sometimes we make those corn flake chocolate cakes - they're lovely!
