I love the Garlic Farm and I highly recommend them!

Garlic is used in loads of recipes and it's a great little vegetable to grow. I find it pretty easy to grow to

Chuffa, if you could post some recipes it would be great and I am sure it will help loads of people.

I grew 54 garlic planted in the autumn and only 4 have survived the wet!
Last year I only planted a few and kicked myself for not planting more!!!
Just goes to show the contrast in the weather!!
I'll only grow a few in future and buy strings of them in France, although the flavour can't possibly be as creamy
I'd love to see some garlic recipes please 'cos I love the stuff

Default Try this one for breakfast

Nicos, if you like garlic the same as me try this for breakfast. Put three eggs into a bowl with 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic and season. Soak this up with thick slices of bread. Fry this in oil turning until both sides are golden brown. Enjoy with copious amounts of bacon. Yum Yum.

Adam if you click on the link to the garlic farm, there is a recipe forum unless you want me to put them down here.
