Chive Dip Recipes

I decided yesterday that it was time to put my chives to good use and made a chive and sour cream dip:

*3 tablespoons of sour cream
*3 tablespoons of chopped chives
*1/2 lemon juice
*dash of white wine vinegar
*pinch of salt

It came out really well! Does anyone have any alternative chive dip recipes? Or any chive recipes at all?

I'd say that recipie could probably be used for potato salad too. Also, try mixing it with fried mushrooms for a yummy jacket potato filling.
