Lightbulb How Do You "Cure" a Hangover???

Morning All,
The Title says it all,,,,, How do you cope when you over indulge????

List your "Cures/Remedies" here for those that may need help??

I am a great believer, in what makes you bad, makes you better,

However, for those a little "worse-for-wear"

4x eggs, half glass milk, 1x Bhut jolokia chilli, mix all together, drink and make your way to the "Bathroom" Within an hour, you will be ready for session 2

Regards stupo.

Bacon sandwiches are king of the cure and their effect has even been proved by Newcastle University!

1 :- a pint of water before going to sleep - helps to kkeep you hydrated
2 :- as soon as you wake up take two Iboprufen (anti imflamitory pain killing medication) drink another pint of water.
3 :- go back to bed and try to sleep for another hour

you should when you wake up feel a lot better, this is the cure that i was told to use by the junior doctors when i was an 18 year old nursing student it does work

I usually try a banana (potassium) and subway. Some stand with salt and tomato juice to herbs to an assortment of fruits to even onions. While some still go with the old tried & tested remedy of 2 aspirin and a glass of water before going to bed. People usually sort this on their own the way that suits them the best.

Default Hair of the dog

I find orange juice or eating an orange and 2 paracetamol's helpful the next day vitamin c boost and being outside in fresh air does it for me.

But this has only happened twice in my life

I agree with tezmac, hair of the dog always perks me up.

Then a roast dinner and an afternoon snooze!
