Default cauliflower leaves...

ive harvested 3 small caulis and there small tender leaves. I plan to make some cauliflower leaf soup as recommended by lesley and also eat some with a salad as they are lovely raw. my question is...

after i harvested i left the cauli in the pot, i just chopped is head off. now its regrowing more leaves which will make more food for me, will the problems outweigh the benifits as they are no longer netted over or shall i keep growing them for these leaves?

The leaves of the cauliflower have a strong flavor alone. Anytime you are using cauliflower recipes, you can toss the leaves in for extra flavor. My mom ate them once at a friend’s home and quite liked them. She started asking the veggie vendors if they had any and make pakoras and bhajias.
