Default Pea pods?

Any culinary uses for the pods once I have shelled my peas? To simply compost seems such a waste! Ta x

Hi there, Try growing the Sugar snap pea. Takes up less room growing up a wigwam to about 5'/6' and you can eat the whole lot if you pick them young.
If they do get to old you can pick and pod in the normal way.
