Yeah. we use this in the kitchen at work. Personally I'd treat it like a cabbage. But the chef's cut it up small and add it to the salads. Maybe, if you cook it like spinach, it may be O.K.

Got some good ideas from site. Personally i wouldn't like it in salad-only my personal taste. I bit the bullet and made the decision to Stir fry it with Butter, Garlic and Sesame Seeds, then steam it of with White Wine. Wow! I love my veg box getting new ingredience is quite exiting. Thanks again |
