I have sorted it out Runnerbean - no problem! It is certainly a great sounding recipe but the temperature for the oven might need changing.

Thanks for moving my recipe, it says Gas mark 2, do you think it should be higher? to try. I have not cooked this before, I just thought it would be different

LJ I have checked today, from the lady who gave it to me, and she should have put 130C can you amend it please, sorry about that.

It's sorted Runnerbean. I think I will give the recipe a try after Christmas because it looks as if it will make a really nice, spicy, moist cake.
