bourbon chicken
I would rather drink my whiskey but this is a tasty chicken recipe,forgot how to convert,1/4 cup corn whiskey,4ounces soy sauce,2tablespoons veggie oil,1 onion chopped,3 garlic cloves chopped,1/2 teaspoon paprika,1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper,3lbs chicken breast skinless,1/2 cup ketchup. In a blender or processor combine all except for chicken and ketchup.Pour over chicken and refrigerate 2hrs or more,pop entire dish in oven at 350 for about 45 minutes,baste a few times,when its done remove chicken add ketchup to sauce in dish ,boil down till thick then pour over chicken,its good.
