Chilli Infused Olive Oil
450 ml of Olive Oli, not virgin
20 g of dried red chillis
10 g of whole dried red chillies
sterlised gass bottle
1. Heat oil in a saucepan, add chilli flakes and whole chillis, to the oil, heat for 3-4 mins.
2. Using a funnel decant the oil into a sterilised glass bottle seal and shake well.
3. Store the bottle in a cool dark place and once a week give the bottle a shake. After a few weeks the oil will change to a slightly reddish colour, it could take 2-3 months to achieve the desired hotness.
