Default Bare cupboard - send help!

I have an acorn squash, two carrots, one parsnip, half a bag of kale and some broccoli in my fridge .....as i'm going ooooop norf tomorrow I have no wish to buy more food, what can I make with that little lot

This is a bit late but those veggies would have made a minestrone style soup or vegetable curry or vegetable frittata. How did you make the veggie crumble?
