Default Having trouble with Foxes

Last year I had trouble with foxes destroying my vegetable patches by digging them up. I lost 2 batches of tasting looking peppers. I need to be ready this year, they usually start cfoming into the garden arounf april - May time. What things can i do to be prepared for them or stop them doing this?

Default Foxes

Hello my mothers grass was dug up by foxes 2 years ago. We found out they were after worms to eat, it was the first I heard of that. We got Fox repelant from B&Q it did work. But had to reapply if it rained. On a telly program by Hugh Fernly Wittingstall he used human hair in tights hung around the fence. Did it work hard to say as dramitic licence is used in tv making programs. Regards from Marmite. Tally Ho

Smile foxes

Hi both, we have alot of foxes and badgers on the gardens here, evident by all the small holes they dig looking for worms etc. Luckily for me, they keep to the grass, as i think if they started to disturb my crops, i would not put up with them for long. I have heard along the way somewhere that, that deap heat stuff put on tea bags and put around the gardens apparently seems to do the job, but can't say i have tried it, and would have to be replaced after rain, just like the stuff mentioned above from b&q. Hope this is of some use????? cheers paul (stupo74)
