Default Robin

Hi all

Just thought you may like to see my friendly Robin...will come within two feet of me when I am putting food out but won't take food from my hand yet. But, working on it

Hi Eddie,
You stick with it, you will be rewarded in time

I have tried with the badgers here, although, i dont like the idea of a swipe from those claws, so a couple of feet away is fine.
However, i remember seeing some footage of a chap who does feed them by hand, it might have been a local news broadcast, or could have been on spring watch in the past, not quite sure?

I put some pictures of my attempts to lure one of the badgers,(not sure which post/thread) it was quite early evening, we were surprised on how early this one had come for dinner. A very special moment, which i have repeated, but not so early, as to have "Mrs Stupo" present to take the snaps.

A quick reminder;

When you do get your "friend" to feed from hand, make sure "Mrs Spud" has her fingers clicking
Take care both, regards stupo.

Hi Stupo

That is an amazing picture, the Badger is so close.

By the way, Mrs Spud often has her fingers clicking - it usually means she wants me to do some DIY or something

Best wishes to you and 'Mrs Stupo.'

Those are some great pics guys. I really do enjoy nature pictures. Right now I'm trying to get some picture of the gold finches that are feasting on my sunflowers. They let me get a little closer each day but a big fella like me tends to scare little animals and small children. I'll just have to keep at it and be patient.
