Default Ladybird Hotel

Help the children, G. children build a Ladybird Hotel. Remove the other end of a used large baked bean can, help them wash and dry throughly, tie a length of string inside and over tin, secure firmly, pack with straws cut to the length of the tin, then hang up about 1 metre above ground then sit back and see what happens in the Spring.

OK smarty pants, trust you to notice that. Maybe for the folks down under. It can be a project for next Autumn! We had snow in the night, bitterly cold here but with a bit of sunshine, what's it like your way? No, don't tell you are sitting sunbathing on the beach. LOL

I bought a 'Proper' one 18 months ago. NOTHING moved in last winter and in fact the roof fell off!!! But funnily enough, I had a look at it yesterday, now I don't know if they are Ladybirds but there is definitley something in some of the bamboo canes!!!
